My leg, knee, and hip had been hurting me for over 6 months; I had started to use a cane, and pain medication and braces were no longer helping. I called Physical Therapy Direct and did not have to wait 3 months for an appointment and the paper work was done with email and text. My therapist, Brian, quickly got me heading in the right direction with stretches and exercises I can use for the rest of my life.
I was especially pleased that he came to my house and he made everything easy. Immediately I began to build back the strength that I was lacking in my leg. The exercises did not need special equipment. He showed me how to use my furniture. We used my IPHONE to video tape what the exercises should look like for easy reference. Overall, Physical Therapy Direct is a perfect Jewel in the Physical Therapy World. The owner, Brian, was friendly, professional, and very accomplished. I am so glad I found such a resource to get physical therapy when I need it! I would recommend Brian and his company to anyone and everyone who needs physical therapy.
