Insurance and Payment

Medicare

• We are in-network with Medicare and most Medicare supplement plans
• Medicare covers 80% of each visit
• The remaining 20% is typically covered partially or fully by your supplemental insurance
• Without a supplement or with a Medicare replacement plan (e.g., Medicare Advantage, Essence, Medicare Complete), the average cost is approximately $20 per visit
• Payment is due once the claim is processed

 

Non-Medicare Insurance

• We are out-of-network for most non-Medicare insurance plans
• Cost per visit: $150
• Payment is collected at the time of service (cash, check, or credit card)
• We can submit claims on your behalf, and you may receive reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits
• Reimbursement depends on your deductible, co-insurance, and co-payment responsibilities
